Convicted for following Samaritans and mental health standard advice. Can anyone write a letter to support my appeal

I’ve written on here lots of times about the fact that the police and cps prosecuted me for trying to help suicidal ideation. As an autistic doctor this seems to be a very inappropriate and dangerous course of action and I am desperate to find positive actions that may help me survive. I feel a misunderstood failure who is alone against the law.

samaritans and all the suicide charities I have approached all refuse to help. Asking for help when suicidal does not seem malicious communication, but appropriate. However I seem alone in this viewpoint and need support from any major media or organisation.

I seem to have run out of anyone now. Any idea?

  • Hi Dave, remember that what you post on here can also be seen openly without a log in account. I would have no clue how to help if 100k of barrister has not managed it.  But you may, in the meantime, be generating more data against yourself, fairly or unfairly.  I know someone who was cleared of a claim of stalking because his obsessiveness was directly due to autism and it was not extreme and he got a psychotherapist to validate it. But that was a young and naive inexperienced person who had just moved from home.

So deepthoughts suggestion is a good one in my opinion. Only a mental health expert could possibly vouch for you having mitigating circumstances.

I say this as someone who has also suffered painful financial and other personal losses in my life and has had to put it all in the vault.
