Does anyone have trouble communicating with people at work? I work with the public and sometimes get odd looks like people are unsure what I am saying. I find it hard to get people to do what I want too. I will ask them to carry out a task and they do the opposite of what I have said. I'm better with children and young people than I am with adults. Sometimes I just want to quit work but I'm ambitious to succeed at the same time.

  • You’re not alone there Cupcake I get those looks too.  Try different approach’s when asking a college to complete a task. Watch how they respond to others asking them to perform tasks and break down the interaction then try to replicate it. 

    Sometimes people can be stressful to manage as they’re chock full of individual quirks and responses. I get stressed out by the complexity of the work place dynamics at times and people make me more tired than any amount of physical labour.
