Paranoid is it just me?

Does anyone els get constant paranoia about people liking them or being over the top talking, annoying, etc or am I just bring paranoid? I’m either really quiet or really hyper and No filter when it comes to humour or being random I like the way I am but I worry by look of others faces I’ve annoyed them and need constant reassurance that they like me etc

yep, i'm the same so you not alone with that one buddy. I feel i push people away with the needing assurance all the time.

Yeah,

I'm the same but as I've gotten older I have lost the need to be likable and sometimes I can just be okay with people not liking me.

Once you realise people don't have to like you and you don't have to like them it's all good, and I know that it's hard not to try and be friendly and on good terms with everyone, and I spent the best parts of my life doing that but in the end people take advantage of that.
