Yes - like getting yourself to the assessment and being able to answer the questions - it's stacked against you.

I used CAB the first time but I'm using welfare rights now as if it gets as far as tribunal again they send someone to represent you.

yep, another thing that went against me, driving there, they coming to my house this time, and i aint gonna shave for a few months, which is normal for me, it just turned out that the tribunal was a week after my wedding anniversary and my wife made me go for a trim lol.
