So since I we t for my adhd appointment and finding out I fit in the criteria of someone who is more likely to be autistic, I still havent heard anythig about my assessment, the adhd appointment was back in July is there anyone I can ask or call I've not even had a letter yet, I'm trying my best to keep my daily routine going or I just lose my concentration and get anxious, but I need some kind of information anybody been in this situation, I know I don't always reply to everyone but I do appreciate your comments many thanks.
