LoveonTheNHS ... please take the advice of Kitsune.  You are on a forum with people who care and need caring for too. Know that.

So glad you saw this Kitsune.

I'm really sorry to hear that you feel like this. We are all here for you on this forum, please speak with us rather than doing anything drastic.

Please see the following guidance, copied from the MIND website for who you can contact if you feel like things are getting too much for you:

I'm in crisis now and I need urgent help

If you don't feel you can keep yourself safe right now, seek immediate help:

    • Go to any Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
    • Call 999 and ask for an ambulance to take you to A&E.
    • Ask someone else to call 999 for you or take you to A&E.

If you need urgent support but don't want to go to A&E, you could:

    • call Samaritans on freephone 116 123 – they're always open and are there to listen
    • contact your GP surgery and ask for an emergency appointment
    • contact NHS 111 (England) or NHS Direct 0845 46 47 (Wales)
    • contact your local crisis team (CRHT), if you're under their care
    • click the yellow 'I need urgent help' button at the top of this screen for more options.

If you want to help someone else, see our page on how to help someone else seek help, including how to help someone else in an emergency.

Think you may be mistaken. I'm fairly sure I was never reviewed in the Guardian.

Speaking as someone who has attempted suicide, I would like to say that things can turn round and life does change. The bleakness doesn’t last forever and the sun starts to peak through.

pm me if you’d like to.
