Unemployed - having an income would help you but from my experience it's not a problem on its own. I know many girls who are content with unemployed guys and will choose them over an employed guy (life doesn't make sense)
Autism - no reason to bring it up at the start of the relationship, bring it up once you know each other well. Pesonally I wouldn't bring it up unless I knew someone for a long time
