i have 3 boys
2 boys (age 11 and 6) both adhd and a 3 year
bed time is a mission and half in my house, brushing teeth is world war 3, staying in bed is not possible... its starting to be a problem getting the youngest to bed.
when alfie was in a cot it didnt bother him so much but now he is in a bed he cant settle either. if his brothers are not a home(school disco) alfie will be asleep by 6pm but this happens very rearly, because they are all together poor alfie not getting to sleep till about 9pm. maybe 8pm if i can keep the older two quiet.
im not a single mum but with the hubby on shift work its not possiable to count on him to be around. so i cant leave the adhd'ers downstairs with dad while the toddler goes to bed. and i CANNOT leave them downstairs alone.
what do i do?
any advice?
