Routine problems.

So this week my routine had been totally messed up due to illness I couldn't go to my kickboxing classes I. Didn't go do my weekly shop which I enjoy oddly enough, so I had meltdown and could feel MThinkinglef getting frustrated anybody have any similar problems when routine is disturbed , I felt as if I couldn't function properly, is there anything else i could of done to combat the problem of my rouThinkingne being disturbed, cause I now that my routine is not always going to be possible Thinking

  • oh yes very much so but i dont have metldowns i just get grumpy / upset.

    my latest invention is to have a "plan b" path.  Think of it as a holding activity that fills the gap until you get back to rest of your routinues.

    so when you cant go shopping u have plan b routinue to fill its place already preset. 

    in the time slot for shopping it could be do the dishes/laundry  or have a "me" time activity eg nails, hair, teeth, read, shopping on line for trainers.

    its hard to do at first but u get some satisfaction that you are bending your routinues into a flow of multi routinues
