Thanks to a lot of your kind comments last night, I've gotta say the past year stopping drinking and drugs which I hear isn't uncommon for someone who may be on the spectrum has been challenging to say the least, so I figured out that I must look at my diagnosis whenever I get my appointment on a postive note, thanks again guys
