Help with housing

Hi,

Can anyone recommened who is best to get hold of regarding my housing situation? 

I was living by myself for a while but unfortunally i wasnt coping well.both with my money spending problems and my asd. So i had to go home, i was living with my nan but she's having to downgrade and j cant stay there anymore. I have gone back to live with my mum.

She has a 2 bedroom council and my mum and brother live there.

I have been living for a year on a matress on the floor of the living room.. not ideal at all and irs causing me alot more melt downs and my mum and brother have mental health and It isn't helping them either. 

Just not sure what to do or where to go. Ideally would like to get a 3 bed so i can live at home. I csnt cope sharing in a shared house with strangers.
