Weighted blankets, hoodies, gillets. Any luck?

I have a weighted blanket not sure of the benefits. Now I want to try a weighted hoodie.

Anyone else tried these things and benefited? 

  • Weighted blanket-love it! I don’t sleep under it as I don’t find that comfy but I find it really calming on the sofa watching TV or reading. I also have a weighted cushion at work. If I put that on my lap it really does help concentrate if I’m anxious. I made that though (quite easy actually).
