National Autism Unit

Hi I’m new to this forum. I’m looking to find anyone who has experience of the The Autism Unit for men run by Maudsley Hospital. My son is going to be a voluntary inpatient. I would love to hear from other parents or patients who have any understanding of this. Feeling a bit lost..

Remember the NAS helpline is always available to answer any questions you may have and help supply you with further information. You can contact the team via telephone on 0808 800 4104 (Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm, Friday 9am to 3pm). Or alternatively, should you prefer to send a message, you can do so via their webform:
