Who can I talk to?

Sorry if this has been posted before, I've just registered and was seeking advice.

I (21 Male) was diagnosed when I was 5 and my whole life I have been in the closet about my Aspergers. I have been quite successful at hiding it, altough it wasn't until the past few years that I have started to fully grasp the extent of my symptoms. I've never recieved any form of help for it since early childhood, although since becoming an adult I can see that I am struggling. I was just wondering how I could find someone to talk to about it, or if there are any services out there that could be useful for me. Cheers.

  • I note from podcasts I have listened to that some locally organized support groups can be extremely informative, interactive and fun, Unfortunately, I live on the other side of the world where such groups, for adults, seem to be non-existent. But when and where I eventually can attend one, I will. That said, I prefer not to be 'out'. The UK is not exactly an enlightened place in these Brexitian times.
