Day to day memory extremely bad

Hi everyone

i am having a very hard time getting around this issue. My memory wipes. It literally wipes as if I wake up everyday a different person and have to start all over again. When I wake in the morning i completely forget my ‘routine’ And how to go about the day. Physically I am not available either and my body isn’t responsive. All my thoughts, feelings and information processed, experiences even from yesterday are non existent. When I try to piece things together, things remain extremely vague as if it was somebody else receiving this information. An example of something I experience is I forget things about myself.

Cab someone please shed some light on this? I don’t understand it, it seems to be getting worse and I’m worried.

thank you!

  • I'd say you see a doctor...if you don't like them or it isn't an option, drink filtered water and try to take walks in the sun---heh.
But really, I'd suggest you give yourself some personal-time. People are really optimistic when it comes to recovery if you stave off whatever gives you the issue. Could be partly psychological and partly physical, but if you pamper yourself and try to reduce stress your memory may recover. Much of what you are describing sounds like an issue in memory-storage. Short term memories are stored into long-term memory (in the brain) at night while you sleep. If there is something wrong with your quality of sleep?? you will potentially find answers there.
Avoiding eating about 5 hours before bed and you're likely to sleep more soundly.

So bottom line it really seems like your memories aren't being recorded, I mean, it describes your symptoms very well. Honestly if you see any doctor I'd remind them of the bold lettering above because I believe its still considered a neurological fact, and they can direct you to the right specialist. Don't want you getting overlooked. I totally believe you.
