ASD and points for social housing

I live in a housing association flat, which I will have to move out in a few months time.  Meantime, I am in the process of applying to get another socially rented flat.  I notice that there are questions about disability on the form, since the last time I applied for housing (more than fifteen years ago) I have been diagnosed as being on the Autistic Spectrum (high functioning).

As far as I can see housing allocation is based on the number of points an appicant has. Would my ASD diagnosis give me extra points or alternatively would it lead to me being seen as a potential problem tenant?

I haven't told my housing association about my ASD diagnosis and I didn't mention it on the application form which I have submitted for housing.  I can and I think that most people would see that someone who needs to use a wheelchair would have a disability that would impact on their housing needs, perhaps they would be allocated a ground floor flat with a ramp to the front door.  I am not sure what someone with ASD diagnosis could reasonably ask for, for example I don't like a lot of noise, but then again many people without an ASD diagnosis would feel the same.  Similarly if I lived in block of flats with problem neighbours that would make me very anxious, but then again many people without an ASD diagnosis would feel the same.

Would it be worth adding to my application that I have an ASD diagnosis?  If it would not help much I wouldn''t bother mentioning it to them.  If it would be worth mentioning, can anyone tell me what someone with ASD diagnosis could reasonably ask for (quiet area etc), please?
