Self-actualization, autism and ageing

I have been thinking a lot about the meaning of life (I always do, but this intensifies as I approach the New Year and another birthday). Maslow's hierarchy of needs fascinates me, and as I get older I think more about self-actualization.

It occurred to me that my recent ASD diagnosis is an important step in achieving a positive old age. There's a new test to assess self-actualization here - I just took it and was surprised by my high score.

When I took the test it occurred to me that some of my autistic traits actively promote self-actualization. It would be interesting to know what you think about this.

Here is a link to the Self-actualization test, just in case you want to take it:

Your top three sources of self-actualization are: - Efficient Perception of Reality - Continued Freshness of Appreciation - Authenticity

    Wouldn't say it's too inaccurate.

Nosey bastards though! Quite a lot of questions after the test.

To demonstrate my three qualities here is my opinion on the psychologist who devised the tests hair.

He has a lot of hair and an impressive hairline, mine isn't as good, but that's why hats exist, they are awesome, however I would accept half of his hair gladly.

I'd like to meet a Disco king psychologist.
