Medication that can mitigate autism and anxiety

I have a very unhappy other half who has requested that I go to the doctors today to get some medication to make sure that I don't "ruin Christmas" (I had a panic attack/meltdown at the weekend).

Can anyone recommend anything that will help?

thank you

Ellie

  • Ellie,

Please look after yourself, I know the struggles of abusive and controlling relationships and it is so easy to say get out but the reality is that it is not as easy as that.

We are all here for you just remember that

  • Hi NAS39248.

Thank you for your message.  I agree the reality of getting out is really difficult!

I have been told that I would need to find B&B accommodation or I need to find money for a rental deposit to leave, sort out all of the financial stuff and leaving with a child, a pet cat and whatever I can carry to start a fresh and doing so without compromising my safety (or my childs) is a BIG thing

I'd say it's probably worse than that, because it is both simple and difficult.  Leaving is relatively easy - just walk out of the door and don't look back.  Successfully navigating the aftermath not so much...
