Hi All
I wanted to thank everybody on here who over the last few months have been supportive and given some good advise while I have been stressing about the assessments / diagnosis. Today I was given the outcome of the meetings and tests and told that I am autistic. I have not really let this sink in yet and really don't know how I feel other than tired, I can't even say I am glad it is over. Maybe in a couple of days I will of had the time to digest everything and will have decided who if anybody to tell.
One of the things that worried me the most was the unknown and while I was searching for info on what would happen at the assessments I found there are lots of different tests so depending on where you live will decide which one you were given. I did find some info on the test I had today but very limited so I had no idea of what I would be walking into so I thought i would document it, i was going that it may help me digest what has just happened and maybe help others that are still waiting for an appointment. I am also conscious some people don't want to know what to expect and feel it is best not knowing so I have documented this on another site ( link below) so if you are wanting to find out exactly what happened you can look and if you just want to ask a generic question I could answer on here without you clicking the link and finding out more than you wanted.

Once again thank you to all those who read or responded to my previous posts
