Trying new foods

I’ve always been an extremely picky eater. I’ve been eating the same foods since I was 5 and I’m now 18. Over the past few years I’ve become very obese and my health has suffered because of this. Along with my depression and agoraphobia I haven’t been able to help myself in a long time but I’m now on medication and I’m getting help from a mental health place for my anxiety so I wanted to start taking control of my physical health while I take care of my mental health. The issue is I really struggling with eating. I really don’t have a wide range of food varieties that I eat. It’s mostly just beige oven food. Does anyone else have this struggle? And have you been able to work around and introduce more health variations?
