Can anyone give support/advice about this,,,I am diagnosed Asperger's but think I may be PDA as well, thanks John

  • Hi John, only just saw this, sorry you haven't been getting responses.

    I am not diagnosed but think I have PDA too.  I am researching it for myself because getting a diagnosis seems to be difficult if you are not a child...I have been in mental health services for most of my life with intense anxiety, and having some level of autism might explain some of it.
