Saw this sign on Twitter just now and thought "That actually makes sense, I should take better care of my self!"

    Great quote Tom - this is on the wall of one of my workplaces and I always feel encouraged when I read it.

    See what you mean - I suppose I interpret this quote as it's never too late for me to be the true ASD self I would have been if I hadn't had to put on masks. My masks are slipping already and I'm only part way through the diagnostic process. I feel much more myself already!

    I worry that it looks at a previous version of self rather than the self you are now.
