I really liked the Mum's phrase; "no pretend happiness" - oh, how I've always hated feeling like I have to mimic enjoying myself when I'm not.

I can't decide now between a "No Pretend Happiness" T-shirt or a T-Rex costume - I might have to be greedy and ask Santa for both this year!
