Facebook alternative (was disappointment)

Just posted the following on Facebook....

Hmmm! Just wondering how abusive and bullying Facebook are by blanking out and displaying the attached screen? Somebody with the challenges of autism would welcome the ease of getting friendship by a simple click - the reality is altogether different!!!

Have you ever come across this?  And, if so, how did/do you feel?

  • Contrary to most of the replies I really like facebook - I guess it depends who your friends are and what they post! - I don't have any time for comparing myself to others so that bit doesn't bother me. I find it enormously helpful for interacting with other people as and when I want to, and photos help me with remembering people's names.  So I wouldn't be too quick to wipe out an entire communication media from your options. Just my 10p worth
