an update

Short version.

Had initial 2.5hr assessment, laid bare pretty much a lot of stuff of how ive gotten to where i am now...

gotta wait 4 weeks, to see if i get pushed forward for diagnosis, which will then be another 8month or so wait for a phycologist.

In other news, mentally less stressed, as mucky, reliant on other people work on the flat is now done... rest is up to me, finishing painting and sorting out piles of crap that I NEED to sort/sell/throw out.

majorly pro-crastinating about it tho.

Also, getting/feeling fat.

Still not back in love with running yet. even though ive got a half marathon in 6 weeks.

hope everyone is well.

  • ok, got the letter, and short version is, my diagnosis wont go any further (on NHS), as although I do exhibit traits, I also show signs of being able to cope with some situations.

Kinda feel in limbo, trapped on a fence between two worlds...

Although i feel perfectly 'normal', i do feel i struggle with other stuff (involving people I don't know).

Mood is still low. feeling fat despite body weight staying around the same, and cant muster the will to even want to start exercising until my brain decides its something i really WANT to do...

Not sure I want to stump up £1k for a private diagnosis either.
