Good to see those on the spectrum getting some positive acknowledgement..
I had a situation at work where people were focused and stuck on one solution that was really complicated and difficult.
I said something completely different and the solution was brilliant.
I felt like a genius.
So many NTs could not find the solution. I simply thought a little bit about the problem and found a great idea.
I realized that I was really motivated then as their complex and difficult solution would be a headache to me.
I often have good ideas but the employer is not interested to help me feel better in the workplace, therefore, I am not very motivated and interested to help the employer, in general.
Good for you and a point well made. Who was more shocked, you or them? You have a lot to offer... logic, lateral thinking etc. These are important skills
I do not know the answer to the question but my idea was integrated very quickly and they dropped their own idea completely almost immediately.

I am also stuck. Other people move a lot faster than I do. I have not had any career progression. I feel a little bit discriminated.
Then they probably recognise your skills... but choose not to show that!,
