Today the phone/internet company sent a "reminder" letter because of a mistake they made, that keeps cropping up! Despite my troubles on the phone I managed to get it sorted out and got £20 knocked off my next bill. They also said that they would contact their consumer credit department to correct them because I don't want my credit score messed up. I dealt with it well. If they make the mistake again I'll angle for that money off again. I don't need that *** every few months. I then had a nice long sort through all my music and listened to some stuff I forgot I had.
