I played Scrabble with my daughter today, ate lunch AND dinner, and successfully handled a two-hour energy efficiency appointment calmly in my own home :O even although the guy was 47-minutes late (!?!?) and I wanted to rip his spleen out through his left nostril by the time he turned up. He apologised fully so it was fine.
