I got up and dressed today. This is a huge one for me at the moment, even though I have been up recently I have been in my nighty. So right now I am sitting in a blue dress and underthings!

Well done Song, often getting up and dressed can be the hardest part of the day when you are feeling down. I’ve spent far too long in bed myself lately, but at least I keep dragging myself up and getting things done eventually.
