How do you present ASD in a new job?

Hi Folks!

I'm diagnosed high functioning autism/Asperger's and am currently in a job and have been for some time but it's pretty rubbish.   I can do it but it's anti social hours and I suffer at the hands of 2 bullies constantly who wind me up and then laugh at me.  Also my hours and conditions are changing in a way that I don't think I'll cope  very well with but at least I'm working.

But, I'm actively looking for a new job that will use my skills and value who I am as a person.  I've managed to get an interview for one job and am wondering what is the best way to present that I have an ASD - I want to be honest but usually when I declare it, any job process ends, there's an excuse not to employ me and it's because people don't understand the positive side of ASD, only the negative.

So - any ideas how I can best handle this?  So I can be honest and highlight the positive sides of ASD but also how we can handle the more difficult aspects of it?

Thanks Guys!
