What social activities do you do?

  • In the past I have been a member of a camera clubs which was OK until my autistic traits got the better of me - there is only so much acting you can do. Sooner or later others tire of my perfectionism and perceived negativity. I have tried reinventing myself but people are what they are, and I am what I am with all my faults. This was well before my diagnosis and before most people had even heard of autism, people just thought I suppose, that  it was a character disorder. My only real social contact is with my grown up children. And one of the greatest punishments you could inflict on me is to take me out for a meal. My idea of eating out is a couple of sandwiches in the countryside.
