I don't know whether i'm over stepping the mark talking about self harm on here but hope i'm not breaking any rules or anything as it's not intentional i promise.
I've hurt myself again today. Don't worry it's not serious and i see my GP tomorrow and intend on telling her so it's all good.
Just feel so sad suddenly.
I'm talking to a friend which is good cos she is supportive.
May go bed so i can calm.

Glad I'm not too old 
I have missed the forum and I have missed you too. I still have tons of work to do though, so I've been kept busy. Today I had a normal school day, followed by a department meeting, followed by a staff meeting, followed by a trip to the supermarket to pick up some chocolate and stuff, followed by a visit to the nursing home where my mum and another old lady I've made friends with live and delivering the chocolate and stuff, getting back at about 7.00 pm this evening.... And now I need to write a report for my school's headteacher about how I think we should try to deal with certain matters in the school.
I was back in St James' Park on Sunday, toiling through the crowds who had gone to watch the marathon and surrounded by tourists. The squirrels were not as active as usual, no doubt because of the noise and bustle, but I managed another encounter with 'my' heron. A lovely day, but I cut it a litte shorter than usual to get home and do some admin. I did get to read my Kindle for about an hour and a half after taking the slow trains to and from London.
I do like donkeys. Don't know why they are quite so charming, but they are.
