Self-Harm

I don't know whether i'm over stepping the mark talking about self harm on here but hope i'm not breaking any rules or anything as it's not intentional i promise.

I've hurt myself again today. Don't worry it's not serious and i see my GP tomorrow and intend on telling her so it's all good.

Just feel so sad suddenly.

I'm talking to a friend which is good cos she is supportive.

May go bed so i can calm.

Any tips?

  • Good to hear you seem to be getting by, Anne.

Do you have a lot of bunnies?  I have only ever had one and gave him the 'inspired' name of Bugsy.  Gosh that was a long time ago.  He was a Dutch, as I remember, partitioned black and white.

I now have two cats who are dedicated to depositing their white hairs all over my best - usually dark - clothes (they're a white and marmalade and black mix but the marmalade and black hairs never seem to show).  Their names are Rosie and Daisy and they are sisters from the same rescue centre.  They can both be a pain in the patoozie, of course, but they are mostly just adorable.

    Best wishes to you,
