It's possible that by engaging with the forum discussions, you may eventually strike up enough of a rapport with another member (or several members) to become friends.
I've been a member here for long enough to know that it's possible to establish friendships here. However, to the best of my knowledge, friendships that progress to romantic relationships are rare. This is just my opinion though.
