Video games

I still play GTA5 on PS3 offline. I've finished the story many times so just enjoy roaming about and so on, appreciating the game generally these days  

I may get a snrs mkni one day seems better option than Nintendo Switch online plus most of the games on it coatbtoo much on snes cartridge

Fantastic!  I saw the SNES Mini in Tesco years ago but never snapped one up.  They seem to be doing loads, it's brilliant.

Not normaly my thing but since tape and floppy games can be unreliable a plug and play system. To play the ones on there makes sense 

But MOST of the games on the ps1 or she's mini ect are easy to sorce and cheapish enough took 

I got  a surprise when I got my switch 3 I found out the GBA game pokemon fire red was on the store for £17 and the reason it's not just on the switch online streaming is to stop people just using the rewind to exploit the game 

And that's good because I don't like streaming games 

Whixh brings me to Xbox new they are limiting people to. 5 to 15 hours a month cloud gaming but you can pay for more ... Makes sonys no physical stance seem way better if you ask me. 

I mostly just play Palia at the moment. I started Final Fantasy XVI a few months ago, I‘ve only played a few hours but I’m really enjoying it so far! I need to play more of it soon‍. I’ve also enjoyed Baldur’s Gate 3, Disco Elysium, Red Dead Redemption 2, Control, Silent Hill 2, Detroit Become Human, Jedi Fallen Order and Jedi Survivor, Shadow of the Colossus and Silent Hill F to name a few. 
I play on my PS5, I also have a switch lite but the stick drift is unbearable and I’ve procrastinated getting it fixed 

I love those retro mini consoles! I have an SNES Mini myself and absolutely ADORE it! I really wanted the MegaDrive Mini as well, but unfortunately I was too late.

I recently finished Five Nights at Freddy's: Secret of the Mimic, which was a lot harder than I thought it would be. 

I'm also trying to beat every game in the MegaMan Star Force Legacy Collection. Already beat Star Force Pegasus, Star Force 2 Zerker x Ninja (Ninja) and Star Force 3 Black Ace. Currently playing Star Force Dragon. I actually own the original DS cartridge for Star Force Dragon, but none of the other games, so this is quite nostalgic for me.

It tends to be like that with critics. They don't like it when something is more of the same of another thing regardless of how objectively good it might be.

The c64 ultimate looks promsing bit only can it so fast boot loads from usb but also support orignal taoes and cartridges as well as the disk drive expansion 

Its going to be a bit out my price range as is the spectrum next plus og games with cheap so I'll settle for things like the spectrum(thats the maxi version of the Vega) and the c64 mini wnd the evercade

I have a Nintendo Switch Lite, I liked Animal Crossing for a couple of years but I've moved onto Dredge because I love navigating the boat and having little tasks to do.  Also I like Forza racing on my Xbox Forza Horizon 4, now Forza 5 in Mexico.  I also newly am trying out Red Dead Redemption 2 and I spent a while with Railway Empire but I always find myself drawn to Retro gaming.  I have a C64 Mini and have pre-ordered the C64 Handheld for next month!  I love the old Commodore 64 Games like Bruce Lee, Wizball, Bubble Bobble, but they're also making new ones which came with my C64 mini like A Pig Quest which is a good platform and puzzler.  I love platforms like Mario or Sonic the Hedgehog.  So Nintendo Switch, Xbox and C64 are my main ones currently. 

Me and some friends have set up a Minecraft realm that's really, really enjoyable. I've been playing that A LOT lately. Terrible luck with loot however. It's also on Bedrock and I swear Java has better loot in the caves (usually those big chests by the mob spawners).

Also playing Pokemon Omega Ruby with a team of Porygon2, Slurpuff, Sunflora, Escavalier, Sylveon (a shiny one!) and Slowking. My thoughts so far - I prefer the original RSE over ORAS, I just don't like ORAS's graphical style or the music (really hate the music in this game, while I don't mind RSE's). The team itself is super fun, although Slurpuff is lagging behind a bit. These 6 pokemon were chosen by me based on a reddit survey of the least used Pokemon ever.

Last of. Us lookw good but the inro mission to. Red dead was very long she  I lost interest I'm sure as a story only game or a later mission it would be fine but as the introduction to a sandbox game it felt like i was roaded and much like I  things like end I don't mind if you have a strict story you want to tell but at least make me feel like I. Have some freedom. 

• Intact some of the best dnd sessions CBS be like your going to follow this set path and if you deviate the DM will change a important late game. Moment into a later more average encounter and I feel to some extent open world Games should at the start give you s big choice lie hey so you wanna rob this banl. And if you say yes the police catch you and you get released this cnintuing the mission and if you day jo they just say hey wise move rookie or something just to give the illusion of early gamr freedom. 

I've just finished Last of Us on PS4. Next up is Red Dead Redemption 2

I don't play regularly though.

I used to play PC games a long time ago, but I prefer a console as I spend my workday on PC's so it's nice to have a (slight)change.

Got a switch 2 today and although I kinda miss the old joy cons and rail system (sensory seeking I guess) it's a huge improvement

My top three favourite games are The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, MegaMan X4 and Final Fantasy X

• I never got I to Skyrim as much morrowind or obilivion I think the whole Nordic world felt too same same for my liking where as morrowind has an almost alien landscape with medical towns and oblvion has a melting pot or all tamerials cultures and O spent a lot of. Time in the imperial city alone 

PC gamer here. I love an RPG so my favourites are Skyrim and Baldur's Gate 3.

In high school I loved PC but got frustrated that after 7 years my PC eould slow to a crawl no matter what I did and since then I never fully yot back into PC gaming as consoles are so plug in and play 

Even steam deck required lots of tweaking for controlling support and such 

I think Xbox has lost its way and people are prasisong the physical to digital thing even though it's essentialy the same thing that was criticised prior to Xbox One launch just worded better 

I love my ps5 but if ps6 goes cloud gaming like people think it might I'm out plus ik but getting a ps6 in 2027 or 2028 ps5 is just getting going due to how long this gens games take to make 

I feel like to compete with PC all console manufacturers should make the items own version of the same system like the msx did with their own UI 

And yes paying for online is awful but O guess it's to pay for party chat and stuff like that

I stopped paying for all online stuff even MMOs no longer seem worth it as the story always seems too confusing and the Meta play is not what I want from an RPG 

I used to be an Xbox player but it annoys me that I have to pay a subscription to be able to play with family so I've swapped to pc.. I've been playing Minecraft for 7 years now. Sometimes I play other games - usually open world games where I can wander around freely and do as I please. I'm looking forward to the remake of Fable coming out next year. I played the original and loved the British humour and accents. Such a nice change.
