Oh yes, I'll change my mind about bread and have cake instead . Anything with ginger in it.
I don't really like chips, they give me indigestion, it dosen't seem to matter how they're made, I can never eat more than a dozen of them before feeling bloated, but still hungry, yet I know people who can eat a whole big bag from the chippy.

I’m not mad about potatoes unless they are chips. I enjoy very low fat oven chips which I do in the air fryer. They have only a little rape seed oil added to the potato, nothing else, so they are healthy.
I like pasta, rice only occasionally.
