Simpsons hit and run game

Ahh I hope you enjoy your game group and beers! What game are you bringing? If any? Or are you just bringing the beers?

Say I have about half of level 7 collectables to do as well as the races and missions so not too far from finishing! Just need to stop playing my switch too much lol! 

Oh yes tell me how you get on with the game. I am going to a game group today it's bring your own beer also haha. I am going to bring lots of beer  haha

Ahh it’s sunny and clear skies but very cold lol! But I like it like this because then I can get cozy and warm, I have also decorated my flat for Christmas so it’s even more cozy now! Oh yeah I also like going for walks and doing other things as well, say I’ve spent a lot of time decorating for Christmas lately. Ahh living alone is great, I can do whatever I want whenever I want, only thing is I have to tidy up all the time lol! 

Yeah if hit and run were multiplayer I think you would have a good chance of winning! I am however quite good at the missions Never trust a snake and Set to kill though which I believe are meant to be the hardest missions yet I fail the ones before and after lol! I’m bad at the mission where you have to follow the alien car from the school playground to the power plant on level 7 as well, I can never keep up with that car and that’s even using the sports car, never mind using that zombie car lol! 

I will have to time how long it takes me to complete the game fully at some point!

Aw cool. The privileges of living alone I suppose. I also live alone I do like it most of the time. Yeh I like watching TV and going for walks stuff like that. Oh really you think I would win? Yeh  . Haha. It's cold where I am. I am very cold. How about you is it nice where u are?

Ahh yeah I play as much as I want now I live alone lol! I mean I have breaks as well but yeah way more than an hour of play now lol  

Oooh if we were able to go head to head at Simpsons I think you would win tbh! If only hit and run was multiplayer for street races! I mean the bonus game is multiplayer and I’m always losing the bonus game racetracks lol so you probably have a good chance. If street races were multiplayer my weaker ones are Marge time trial as well as Lisa’s, marge and Bart’s (level6) checkpoint races. The fact that you aren’t even allowed to come second is hard enough let alone Selma and Patty being unsupportive (though they say really funny things)! Defo not as kind as Mario kart lol! I have managed to 100% the game in a week (probably about two hours ish a day) but I’ve never completed without failing or restarting a mission! Hit and run needs to be multiplayer! 

Yeh your dad has good taste in video games. I also like video games a lot. Oh no an hour seems too short. I bet now that your an adult u can play games all day haha. If I played you at Simpsons who would win? Me or you? Haha.

Ahh cool! My dad has a lot of the gta games as well! Simpsons hit and run was inspired by gta as well I believe but less gory hah! My dad also has a lot of shooting games like medal of honer, metal gear solid and a James Bond game too. I might actually get the tomb raider games for the switch, think there are two lots of 3in1, though if I get them my dad will want my switch! 

Yeah my parents were super strict when I was younger! I mean ok there were missions that I got so frustrated on sure but 1 hour? Come on! When I was 11 I ended up having the game banned for a few months then when my parents were going to give it back, my mum “dropped” the PlayStation! I was so angry and devastated, she claims she dropped it but I dunno, seems suspicious lol! I’m sure she was telling the truth but I’m skeptical! I even remember the mission I was on when my parents took the game and ps2 off me. (Level 4 mission 7 from outer space) After a few years I got the game for the laptop but still only had an hour on it and I had to have done all my homework first! When my laptop gave in I got a replacement ps2 which I still have today but that’s playing up again so guess I’ll be going back to the laptop for now. 

Those infuriating missions are nothing compared to some of the missions on ring fit now though! Ironically I am actually quite good at the missions the majority of people hate lol! But I fail the missions before or after them! 

Aw your mum sounded strict a little bit. My mum would just tell the school I was sick if I wanted to just play games and go out with friends that day haha. Yeh tomb raider is cool I like it too. Nah I don't live with my parents either it's better ha. Yeh thanks for asking I like horror games and action shooting army games. Yeh I really like grand theft auto. My favourite at heart probably. 

Oh one thing I should mention, if you want to 100% the game, make sure that after you have collected all 49 collector cards (7 in each level) make sure you go back to Lisa’s level and go to comic book guys shop for trade the for the ticket he has on display, then talk to squeaky voiced teen at the aztec theatre to unlock that final cutscene! Once you have 100% the game you will have a gold Krusty the clown sticker with a #1! 

Ahh when I was little my mum had to set times for me to play it and I couldn’t play it for more than an hour which was a pain haha! Homework was apparently more important but I’m not living with them now haha! 

I must admit I don’t play any other PlayStation games but I do like the look of tomb raider. I have plenty of Nintendo games though! I’m expecting Kirby air rides today but I have like over 25 games for the switch alone and then I have loads for the 3ds, Wii u and even Wii and ds games which I play on either Wii u or 3ds! I’m mainly into the Yoshi, Kirby, Mario and animal crossing franchises but I also enjoy tomodachi life ha! 

What about you? Do like many games?

Ohhhhhh  . I loved that game as a little boy I played it all the time I liked driving in it. It was a vibe. That game was 10 / 10. Do you like many other games? 

I haven’t got the Simpsons game but I do remember playing on someone else’s psp and all I seemed to do was drown Homer in chocolate in that chocolate land I think ha! 

From what I’ve seen of road rage there is a hand and the finger is pointing in the direction of your destination. I don’t know what crazy taxi is like but I’m guessing it’s the same? I must admit I always get lost or confused when it comes to the law courts etc. but I saw about radical entertainment getting sued by sega for this copyright 

Yeah, I get you. I did find out what I was thinking of though, Sega sued the Take 2 over copyright infringement because they had a patent for the arrow telling you were to go from CrazyTaxi. Patents for things like that hold the whole industry back.

Just don't play The Simpsons Game, I worked on that (or rather the wii/psp port) and it was so rubbish and unplayable controls.

I’m glad I had so many replies to this post in the end! I just felt like giving the game a little shout out for a bit of fun! 

I can’t help but laugh when I fail a street race and Selma and Patty start saying things like “Marge you’re just like your vacuum cleaner, you suck” or something! 

If you play it again I hope you enjoy it! 

Ahh I get that with the joysticks and that. At least you were able to see the puzzles and solutions!  My mum doesn’t do well playing games but she has actually noticed things that I didn’t whilst I’m playing the game. 

In hit and run, in order to get to the next levels you had to either complete the missions or you could opt to fail them multiple times until the “skip” option finally came up! However you can’t skip the last 3 missions and they are like the hardest lol! 

I get what you mean for the simpler games. A lot of games these days seem to be free to start but then to get better stuff you have to upgrade. I mean I suppose I don’t mind as long as they don’t stop access to the games. 

I must admit I’ve neglected some of my retro consoles lately and feel I should play them again so I’ll probably do that again soon. Like I keep saying I’ll play them but then I just end up on my switch 2. 

I believe hit and run was based off the gta franchise and possibly Simpsons road rage as well. I mean clearly not as gory I guess. I remember playing the Xbox one years ago at my cousins but unfortunately they have sold their copy and console now. 

Tbh when I was like 6/7 years old (I’m nearly 26 now lol) I would also just drive around the areas and explore the places more and my dad would help me get onto the next levels. Whenever I did missions the only thing I saw was the mission failed screen and I didn’t know what it meant lol! 

As I got older and more confident with the game that’s when I started playing it properly but even to this day I still have fun just driving around and listening to the music. I’m currently on the last level again hehe! 

Ahh it’s ok no worries. I did see the notifications on my switch but I’ve been playing my switch 2 lately which hasn’t got my Nintendo account links anyway lol! Should be getting Kirby air riders tomorrow!!
