I have seen all the acts now from both semis, some pretty entertaining and typical Eurovision stuff. Hopefully will make a good final tomorrow. Not sure what one of the presenters was wearing was like some weird mermaid thing….classic 

I guess you are talking about the UK entry I would agree a strange concoction of a song? It’s like several songs melded together odd….at least they could sing 

I have to say I'm not loving our act, but I do think it looks much better with the staging than their official music video and is one of our better entries.

Awh that's lovely to hear, I'm sorry your friend isn't here any longer - but it's nice you still share the memory! 

I am a Eurovision fan, so I'll be watching. Just me and the dog and tbh, he'll probably sleep through most of it! 

I used to watch it with my friend - no matter where we both were. If we weren't in the same room we'd be on the phone all evening. My friend is no longer with me, so it's with their memory that I watch now and raise a glass in their honour

Yay, I’ll feel a little less alone then.

Sorry, you're right - I've updated my post, it was Slovenia. It was really inspiring. I also liked Poland's with the dragon. My other favourite was Norway, lighter.

I loved the Lordi performance on Eurovision was something especially at the time, glad you are into it

It was very sad and was surprised it didn’t go through,….font think it was Serbia though but can’t recall the country. I think Serbia are in Thursday SF?

I did enjoy the semis a few standouts for me, the coffee guy forget where he was from was good fun, some of the strangest dancing I’ve seen. Not sure the Italians would love it. Then there was a dron  , really was into that. Did you watch it?

Hello White_Dragon, I have so many fond memories of Eurovision as well! I too have watched it since I was small, it engenders a special sort of excitement. I do hope you are enjoying the semifinals!

I’m a massive Eurovision fan! I’m feeling so emotional tonight after Slovenia's song about being alone and not knowing how much time you have left. Whilst it was a personal story about his wife having cancer, the performance left me in tears and I feel similar about my Autism. Currently crying to myself in bed.
