Yes, this is a superb piece of music. There have been some great pieces inspired by Middle Earth over the years. Has anyone here come across Bo Hansson’s prog rock album Music Inspired by the Lord of the Rings (Saga op ringen)? There was a time back in the 1970s when I played it almost continuously.

I listen to almost every genre of music from songs like Magnus fiennes Joseph's song to nessun dorma, no good by prodigy, lean back by fat Joe or avantgard by lonown, basically whatever corresponds to my mood at the time.

Another nice peace of relaxing music that I listen to from Elder Scrolls Oblivion, it’s called Peace of Akatosh. Very relaxing and it helps me sleep.

I’m currently listening to Epic-The musical a lot. Even though it’s not at all accurate, it’s still Greek mythology! Yay! And my choir conductor gave us some CDs, so I’m also listening to a lot of Dowland. Both tracks are fairly new obsessions.

Ditto. I love the Traveling Wilburys. Last year I bought a picture disc vinyl of one of their albums. Yeah I saw that in the vid, it's such a touching nod to him, the rocking chair and the pic as well.

They are one of my favourite bands, nobody had anything to prove. If you notice on this video, Roy Orbisons chair is empty. He had recorded the vocals just before he sadly died. I was named after Mr Orbison.

It really is relaxing! I'm a Lord of the Rings fan. 

No, the film stops immediately after the 1965 Newport festival. Dylan recorded 'Highway 61' and performed at Newport with a hastily assembled bunch of musicians - mostly from the Butterfield Blues Band - centered on Mike Bloomfield on lead guitar. I believe that The Band was assembled to play in Dylan's subsequent tours.

I really like listening to Lord of the Rings music, Howard Shore did an amazing masterpiece, my favourite is Farewell to Lorien, it’s very relaxing and soothing. I love sitting in the garden listening to it.
