Happy Easter (to those that celebrate) - and Happy Sunday regardless

So here's Easter greetings from the coast, from O&U and also August as we schemed the idea.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't kind.   The wind was was severe, and there was little sun about.

If you are wondering about the striped towel - well - it came up in conversation prior.  There was meant to be gluten free ice-cream too, but it was just too cold this time.

The symbol is to prove I actually got down there, and didn't fake the picture.

One benefit of a chilly seaside is that it keeps the crowds away - as I am sure those of us that like a little isolation will appreciate.

Have a great day everyone - whatever you are doing !

  • Happy bee-lated Easter :P

I hope you had a lovely Easter weekend.

I went to Paignton this Easter, my nanna very kindly paid for it as things are tight since the fire last year. I was dreading going away as new place, new people and crowds cause me a lot of anxiety but I was surprised. Paignton was dead, very few people around, it was actually really nice.

The weather was mostly dry and I had fun on those claw grabby machines. I tried winning a Mr Bean Mini soft toy, but failed in spectacular fashion lolol Joy

    Sooo wanted a Mini plushie!

  • Those plushies are on Ebay if you really want one!

  • I saw them too. So tempting but I don't have the money atm maybe later in the year.
