Can't log in with old username/password - hence why using this profile

Heya,

I am actually the original Mweekie - but for some unknown reason (since the new update over the past couple of days), I have been unable to log into my original account. I've clicked on 'forgotten password' several times and awaiting ages for the link - but as it doesn't seems to have worked - I have signed up again under Mweekie6852. 

No idea why it's not working - but will use this account for now.

  • It's Sporadic Sparkly here, but as I can't sign into that account, I too have had to resort to setting up another account.

    Would I be right to assume that when the rest of you had tried to sign into your existing accounts, you encountered an 'Invalid Credentials' screen?

    Like Mummycat (AKA TheCatWoman), I had tried resetting the password for my Sporadic Sparkly account, but didn't receive the password reset e-mail I was meant to have received.

    Having e-mailed the NAS Community Team to explain my issues, I received a reply stating that they (NAS) are experiencing some issues, which their technical partners are aware of and working to resolve.
