3 Good Things (Redux)

Since the thread, which began May 2021, seems to have vanished, I wish to create a new one. 

From Darkness to Light. Smiley

1. I paid for a condensed tumble dryer, which I reserved on Tuesday; for delivery, tomorrow. Also paid for a three-year warranty. (In cash) 

2. I made a poem, entitled 'Storm in a teacup', about the arrival of Agnes. (SEYMOUR!) 

3. Bought more Farm-Fresh milk today.

  • Hmmm... It isn't just knowing, it's also wanting to use good grammar. My grammar that I use on here has probably gotten worse because I'm loosening up, I'm getting to know these people better. In my early days on here I used to check and re-check all of my grammar at least 10 times. So yes.

  • Youll have to teach me sometime because I am awful at grammer (I think?)

  • You can use them anywhere you want, pretty much. Anything inside parentheses should be able to be taken out and the sentence should still be grammatically correct. But I don't know that much, this is just from my reading (which I do a lot) and what Ms. D told me. Ms. D completely rewired my grammar this year, it's SO much better.

  • I actually dont know the proper use for parentheses (or most punctuation) but I like to use them for when I have a side note real quick (and then helps it not seem as chaotic I guess). 

    Edit: I dont think that last bit needed parentheses but I just wanted to use em
