I love Kirsty McColl, her songs are really gentle and calming. Particularly They Dont Know

I cannot believe you're still banging on about the Lego Revenge... or maybe I can. Pete's TV show is something I've dipped in and out of. Due to his interest in trains, he often pops up on my regional news if there is something in relation to Severn Valley Railway.

It's only my Lego Revenge.  Actually, I like some of SAW's work and even watched Pete's tv show now and again..

Happy times indeed. They had worked together and it was their way of making their working day more bearable when nobody else was around. I mean it in the nicest possible way when I say that when they were together they were utterly bonkers. 

 To be fair, that was brave of them.

I cannot deny that I found it hilarious to watch their parody. Every once in a while I like to haunt them with the memory of it by sharing the video of that song. I'm fairly sure they also used to parody This Charming Man... Have only just realised I've been getting the lyrics to that song wrong for a good many years.

You never know Cullpepper, maybe that little lady will come by with her pals, and they will throw their pants at you. It's not too late for you to be a superstar.

This brings back some rather amusing memories. My mother and a mutual friend frequently parodied this song. I suspect they weren't fans, although I'm not sure why.

Some years ago i bought myself a Ukule, and decided i was going to be a superstar,  I pictured myself on stage, lights flashing and the women in the audience throwing their pants to me.  It's not quite worked out as i hoped, but favourite song ...... George Formby... I'm leaning on a lampost at the corner of the street
