*thinks* 'Why can't life be as romantic, soaring, dramatic and elegant as an Ultravox song?'
Ultravox - Reap The Wild Wind:
I’m old enough to have grown up on it in the early days. It’s a warm sound with the occasional crackle that only adds to the magic. Anyone who’s young but a bit retro at heart Eg. Blossom 🌺🌸🌷🌼would like it I think. I don’t really collect new stuff or presently have a turntable but maybe soon enough…
Loser by Charlie puth
I’ll admit to owning this on vinyl https://youtu.be/pV6L1Gy13MU
This guy really should have his own spin off
Dana sings the Brookside theme https://youtu.be/M9YAoyPHrXs
You are welcome.
The Juliet Bravo theme. Because… eR, why not? https://youtu.be/c2FhucKlaho
https://youtu.be/_gEVjDQWzkk If I told you this was from the dude that did all the Inspector Morse music would you believe me?
Shatner’s unpredictable line readings have never been put to better use. His ‘Are you sure?’ Is sublime

I remember chancing upon this in 2020 during a briefly very happy time. It’s beautiful enough to go back to with a sadder perspective- 2020 hindsight haha
I just like the guitar-work in this song.
Radiohead - Street Spirit (Fade Out):
'Immerse your soul in love...'

Yea, but finding the latest addition within a thread isn't always that simple now is it Shard. We weird and wonderful folk often drive down sideroads within a thread and keep replying to each other down that sideroad ...this site only seems to deem "initial replies" to the main thread worthy of time ranking. I understand that logic, but it can make the actual "newest" reply in a thread very hard to find.
