Where I live, I constantly see people taking their dogs walking. Today I saw a new experience.
I think they are better off indoors. No fear they could get run over or any other harm come to them. This looks like a very contented cat!
Yes, they are! Though I think one is more tortoiseshell than tabby. The other is something of a Bengal Wannabees! She loves jumping up to the highest places and can literally bounce of walls. She can be very vocal too
You are welcome!
Mackerel tabbies, like mine!
Thank you for the photo!
Really nice cats!
Success!
Here are my two. The one on the left has only one eye but she is a happy sensual little cat. The one on the right is very active and restless, a real character
I like your cat!
Thanks for the heads-up, I'll try that.
It may be that the resolution is too high. If you've got some image editing software, try making copies with lower resolution. I had to do that with the photo I posted.
Been trying to, photos upload but when I try to send nothing happens!
I've got a harness and lead for Daisy, but she refuses to go out with it. If I put the harness on her, she simply flattens herself down on the ground and howls. I can't let her out, unfortunately, because I live on a busy road, have no garden, and lots of people go past my flat to get to the park with their dogs. I'd like her to get out, if possible - but she has plenty of things indoors to keep her occupied. Loads of mice and games, and two towers to climb on. She doesn't do badly! She had a crummy life before I got her from the rescue centre. She's my life companion now.
Thank you for the great photos!
I really like cats!
They calm me down!
I, personally, do not have any pets but I like cats.
Maybe someone else could post cat photos.
I really love cats!
Thank you very much!

Glad Tidings from myself, and glad that you are well. I was wondering, if you contradict yourself, however: The "new experience" is either a Cat being walked, or is it a Cat being in walked in a Harness as you say? The Photographs are of a Cat in a Collar + Leash (not Harness). Obviously this Kitty was quite alright and used to the matter, since he/she seems to be alert, curious and has the tail up somewhat...
The Cat may be in this kind of mood: "What are you humans trying to do/show me *now*? I shall wait and see, because you are not mistreating me, just now, okay?"
(Hope you understand this Post!)
I took these photos from my window using a telephoto lens.
I see many many dog walkers. But first time a cat in a harness. My old cats were very free and independent and I'm certain would never have tolerated being put in a harness and taken for walks.
One regular sight here is a lady walking her dog with one of her cats following them. Although that cat is free to roam.
I used to take mine for walks. She is an indoor cat, but very restless - the other is much calmer. She may be a a Bengal cross.
Unfortunately there are two many cars and one idiot revved in front of us, now she is terrified of cars. There was also the neighbour who walked his three Bulldogs, none of them on a lead.
I'm surprised how little (or not at all) bothered the cat is about that. Shame they don't use a proper harness. I put one on my cat when flying (as she had to come out of the carrier for the security check and I was terrified of her jumping off my arms) and she wasn't exactly chuffed about it...
