Changes that seem unnecessary

There are some things that are not helpful that I don't understand why they have to keep changing. For example, if you have a savings account at the bank to get the best interest you have to regularly start new accounts and close old ones. The best interest is via online banking. I don't understand why they can't just increase the interest on the same account, which I think was the case years ago. Not only does this take time but can be challenging for those who find technology difficult.

Another thing is the internet provider charging less if you upgrade your system. There is then the challenge of getting the switch on a new modem to take on all devices.

  • The changes that I don't like are phone boxes are all going which in most cases yrs makes sense but what if you need your call 999 but your phones dead what in supposed to knock on doors late at nicht also noe they e have the phone alerts they see broadcasting tv ad not needed but if theres need for an alert in an area with bad internet what then

    I agree regarding phones. With all phones gradually relying on the internet I think all communities should have an emergency phone on the old line system, so they could be used if there is a power cut.
