Struggling with gender dysphoria - can't find english speaking counsellor in Bulgaria

I'm 29 years old and I'm really being hit hard by gender dysphoria. Furthermore, finding a counsellor who speaks English and understands autism is proving to be a huge challenge. If anyone could help me find any resources or anything, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

    I don't know if they're ever going to come back now. My mother seems to think they will, but they went from replying every 2-3 days to suddenly not replying at all, which is exactly what happened to the other counsellors that abandoned me! I really don't know what to do anymore, because my mother won't listen to me!
