Looking for an online group of autistic survivors or family members of survivers of childhood abuse

For whatever reason, it appears that the time has come to work through what my siblings, and in particular my sister, had to endure.

I am now searching for an online community of autistic peers that I can talk and cling to. Many thanks for any pointers

  • In my experience I have suffered heavily from discrimination from what I now know to be neurotypical people. I’m also aware this is a very small minority number of them still doing this but kudos seems more important that anything else to them. Sometimes thirst things take time to process.. you might discover that sometime was just a point of view at that time or you didn’t had the knowledge or capabilities. I know early on I couldn’t understand why anyone would treat anyone a way I wouldn’t, now I see people use this to their advantage to be perceived as highly successful at living. But really that’s just abuse too, the workplace and public space is often abusive and uncivil. So the work is never done we have to constantly figure these things out, while a whole contingent don’t want to cooperate. Likewise the messages below I’m happy to contribute in the thread.
