My adult daughter has been diagnosed as autistic and I would like to read some books on how best to support. Any recommendations please?

  • ‘Spectrum Women’ by Barb Cook and Dr Michelle Garnett, was one of the books recommended by the Autism Clinic that assessed me. I found it very useful because it had accounts from autistic women and commentary by autism professionals and I could relate to much of the content.
