62 yo man AuDHD

Hello everyone my name is Mark. Not formally diagnosed but very much struggling to navigate the world and workplace. I'm a gym manager, personal trainer and nutritionist. Despite having to talk to many people everyday I struggle to form close friendships and often end my days exhausted and overwhelmed.

I'm hoping to find some good support here from people that have a real understanding of my experience.

  • Greetings , im also awaiting diagnosis . i have no one left due to my apparent " honesty and bluntness "  theres also the obsessive side of my nature which people cant stand . im also into fitness and nutrition however i train at home now as i cant cope with the social aspect if the gym . things seemed to get really impossible to deal with in my 50's . I hope you find some peace in knowing some of us have no peace lol ;)  . Most of my days i use music and earphones as a coping tool , im also learning i dont have to look people in the eyes and that stimming is acceptable in front of people.
